Formatting Issue with "Add or Invite user via email"

The form section is not lined up with the initial sentence. There is no space between the end of the sentence and the first form element. Maybe the form was meant to be on its own line under the sentence?

In working with this page more, I found that when I resize it so the width is smaller, the form easily moves under the text and looks right. The problem is when looking at the page in a maximized view.
