Ubuntu: libssl.so.1.1: cannot access shared library

Tried every workaround I could find, including building from cargo and following instructions for upgrading the lib. Cannot get around this problem. Supposedly it's because SSL 1.1 no longer ships with Ubuntu; it's only 3.X.

@SolBugz Hello mate, I ran into this problem today and this solution here managed to fix my error

wget http://nz2.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openssl/libssl1.1_1.1.1f-1ubuntu2_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i libssl1.1_1.1.1f-1ubuntu2_amd64.deb
