Wheter assistant/ API supports stream=False?

Thanks for the great project. I'm evaluating it so far. Assistant API openai/v1/threads works with stream=true.
But does it support stream=false? The code path goes nowhere, or I miss something?

Unfortunately the library only support streaming for now. Please open a pull-request if you need no stream support.
