Postgres version 14.2.0 does not have arm64 platform

As the title suggest, when trying to `docker-compose up` with arm platform it will fail to start the postrges container. Since bitnami does not have version 14.2.0 with platform arm64 https://hub.docker.com/r/bitnami/postgresql/tags?page=1&name=14.2.0
