Feature Request: Microsoft Failover Clustering Module / State

I know most use salt for Linux systems, accordingly there are less features for Windows. In Windows environments, the failover clustering feature is very often used for failure safety, even in smaller environments, since Microsoft has significantly reduced the requirements.

At the moment there is no module / state for it yet and there is only very complex workaround to combine salt states with PowerShell commands / scripts.

What should support this module / state?

• Get diverse failover cluster informations
• Create, modify & delete, start/stop a failover cluster
• Create, modify & delete, start/stop clustered roles / services within a MS failover cluster
