Description of Issue/Question

Please add support for emerging packages with --oneshot flag (Gentoo Linux)
This causes for the package not to be added to /var/lib/portage/world file, but it will install normally
This can be achieved by installing the package normally, then removing the line with package name from /var/lib/portage/world file, but it's a nuisance.

Setup

(Please provide relevant configs and/or SLS files (Be sure to remove sensitive info).)
Gentoo Linux
