Rails 8.1 Support

Rails 8.1 has been released, and support for it needs to be added.

This is the same issue as last year. Perhaps it makes sense not to limit the version strictly? It seems easier to report bugs if they arise in the future.

Hey @deadalice 👋 It's coming soon. See #165. I just need to review #167 before getting out the release.

goldiloader uses a few internal Rails APIs that occasionally change so we opt for a more conservative dependency versioning policy so we can ensure the gem works properly with new versions of Rails.

I sincerely apologize, as I wrote similar comments to the authors of several gems, some of which hadn't been updated in a while, and I wasn't smart enough to check the master first! I'll be more attentive in the future. I'm very grateful, and if I can be of assistance to you in the future, I won't miss the opportunity!
