Cross-Browser Image Grayscale

Hi Sallar
Unfortunately I can't see grayscale image in IE10 and it does'nt seem nice in Firefox13 as well as in Chorme(there is no transition in my Firefox). 
Please take a look at this tip. What's your opinion on it: http://p5x.co/28073
rwd-conf-92 is a nice project with lots of point that we can learn new things.
