Seems like there multiple issues here.

1. Which browser are you using?
2. Can you ping google.com and bing.com from terminal?

chrome ，现在问题已经修复了，我可以正常下载，请问如果是gazebo11版本，该如何设置路径和环境变量，这对我非常重要

In case if you want to use it along with gazebo 11 ( gazebi classic)
Use
export GAZEBO_MODEL_PATH=$GAZEBO_MODEL_PATH:/path/to/your/model/directory

I didnt test it with classic so you might face issues.

Also in case if it works plz update here
