Dear community,

we are in the process of writing up a manuscript describing the feature of bio_embeddings (pipeline and general python utilities). Are there any particular use cases that you would like to see discussed? The current plan includes:

• Generating embeddings using the pipeline and configuration files
• Creating visualizations from embeddings via python
• Training a machine learning classifier from embeddings via python
