Failed to send

hi, funny thing, if in the browser i set the camera clock under 20mhz, it doesn't work. it never sends the clock under 20mhz.
2. if i force the clock from the code to be under 20mhz, like, 16mhz, i can see the clock, but, i get 2 errors at debug:
-- Failed to get camera frame
-- Failed to send /data/MJPEG2SD.htm to browser
now, what does SD has to do with camera? why SD sends error if camera fails?
and, why camera doesn't work with less than 20mhz? i don't understate?
