Auto Focus

i was looking at the web settings, but i didn't see any Auto Focus option in it. does it exist? my camera is always out of focus.

so, i think the camera itself doesn't do it, but some manufacturing add the motor for the lens for auto focus. that's a bummer!
am i correct?
