User Profile React page

Needs:
The user profile page must be created in the React app. It will use the /users endpoint to generate the data that is to populate the page. It also will allow a logged in user to change their information.

Core functionality:

• Display the username, firstname, lastname, and email
• Allow user to change personal information in a form
• navigation back to the main site
