Watchlist React page

Needs:
The watchlist page must be created in the React app. It will use the /watchlist endpoint to generate the data that is to be listed. It will follow the mockup in the project specification doc.

Core functionality:

• Display the list of watchlist items in a reactive table
• Each watchlist item will be a separate table element
• Buttons next to each table element to remove the stock from the watchlist
• Display the most recent price of each watchlist item on the table
• Table will be dynamic in size; it will change depending on the portfolio size
