Portfolio React page

Needs:
The portfolio page must be created in the React app. It will use the /portfolio endpoint to generate the data that is to be listed. It will follow the mockup in the project specification doc.

Core functionality:

• Display the list of portfolio items in a reactive table
• Buttons next to each table element to remove the stock from the portfolio
• Table will be dynamic in size; it will change depending on the portfolio size
