Add optional zstd support instead of deflate

We can technically enable `zstd` compression instead of `defalte` within the `zip` files that are generated when sending directories. This could be useful for giving faster, multi threaded compression and decompression to improve speeds when sending.

The downside of this is increased binary sizes as well as lack of support in other clients. Just opening this as a suggestion for now.
