Setting No finding Label

I have say N classes , 1 class is No finding say 0 rest 1,2,3 are findings.

What should be label of No finding class and hence other class.

Reason i ask is my classification loss is not coming down, mAp is not at all moving. I suspect m not setting class labels.

Any help appreciated.
