LIS2DH12 driver: Interrupts are disabled when sensor is set to sleep and not re-enabled on turn-on

Setting sensor to power-down mode disables the interrupts, and interrupts are not automatically
restored on poweron.

The interrupts must also be disabled before re-enabling.

Current tests don't catch this issue.
