Deprecating the google-* crates I have maintained

With the 1.0 release of https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-rust I think it's time to get rid of the hundreds of crates with generated code I have maintained. They originate here.

Can I ask for advice on how to do that (without going insane as I have to go one by one?).

I'd also want to refer to the new crates in the deprecation note.

Suggest just doing an unmaintained advisory for google-apis-common, assuming that that is a shared dependency by all of the other crates. That's similar to what we did for trust-dns crates:

Thanks a lot, very helpful, this will work!

There are also older versions of these crates that don't have the common crate yet. Probably these can just be left as they are, leaving old software that might be using them alone.
