container status restarting always

hi, everyone

I just installed the rustdesk through docker following the tutorial on the official webiste.
after I installed docker
I did

Step 2: Download compose.yml
wget rustdesk.com/oss.yml -O compose.yml
Step 3: Compose
docker compose up -d

the containner is keeping restarting when runninng docker ps to check them

I am confused, and anyone can give me suggestions?

not enough information.
what does docker compose logs hbbs or docker compose logs hbbs say?
something doesnt start proberly and the container is in an loop - i guess.
