Append graph info to edges

Hi! thx for this lib! is great and I has been using it.

I think would be great have in the edges have the nodes id of start and end.

The ideal data requested by a lot of libs:

• Nodes with unique ID
• Edges with two columns, from/to with nodes id

Also is ideal to the edges, the starting point match with the "from" node.

I’m not really sure to understand what you need.
In the output edges.csv there is a a column source (from) and target (to) that are the nodes id in the nodes.csv file.

well, construct the node's table, depends on other thing too, for example if the graph is directed or not, so is pretty good to have a node's id table which allows to interpret correctly the graph.

As I wrote above, there is the "from"/"to" or "source"/"target" does not always "starts" on the edge start point, is pretty useful follow that.

Add to the docs "source"/"target" are the nodes would be also great :)
