More user-friendly annotation display

When I used clion to develop rust project, I found that the presentation of annotations is more friendly, can we learn from it and build it into rust-analyzer?

Those are not annotations but doc comments, which in CLion are rendered in a "Reader Mode", a feature in the IntelliJ suite of IDEs.

AFAIK, this is out of the scope of the VS Code extension and is a feature request that should be brought up to the VS Code project directly.
