Instead of a button, could we have a page for triggering documentation rebuild?

Instead of just having a button, what about making this button go to a new page which would contain a kind of information summary with the following information:

• Crate name
• Version which would be rebuild
• A confirmation button

If the user is not logged in, it would (instead of the confirmation button) contain a message mentioning that only the crate owner(s) can trigger a documentation rebuild.

It would also allow docs.rs to directly link to this page.

If it sounds ok to you, I can send a PR to implement it.

sounds like a reasonable idea 👍

makes the hurdle to pressing the button a bit bigger, but I guess that's not necessarily a bad thing, given the costs involved on your side.

Having an extra step to ensure that it's not super easy to retrigger doc builds and thus reduce potential misclicks (I wouldn't expect this to be a big issue but at least, wouldn't be a possibility anymore) would make docs.rs people life definitely easier. :)

Also, having a page we can link to from docs.rs would be a big plus (I think I'm repeating myself so I'll stop here haha).
