cannot connect enterprise workspace

My workspace URL has the format https://<name>.enterprise.slack.com. When I try to add the workspace <name>.enterprise to slackdump, it fails with invalid domain. If I truncate to just <name>, it fails with workspace not found. Please advise? thanks

The <name>.enterprise.slack.com is the name of your — let's call it — an "enterprise instance". An enterprise instance may have one or more workspaces. The workspace will have the URL like <workspace_name>.slack.com.

You need to specify the workspace URL or "workspace_name", not the enterprise instance name.

To find out <workspace_name>, you can do the following:

1. While being logged in in Slack Client or Slack Web UI
2. Click on the top menu (the one in the upper left corner, looks like "YourCompany v"
3. Choose Tools->Customise workspace
4. It will prompt you for the workspace - pick one and click "Open"
5. It will open the browser.
6. The URL in the browser address bar is the URL of the workspace, in the form <workspace_name>.slack.com
7. Grab and use it.

However, I am still having a couple of problems.

1. my workspace includes a dash "-" and when I add that workspace it gets truncated at the dash and throws an error of workspace not found. I manually edited the workspace.txt file and renamed the .bin file to the correct workspace name (with the dash) and it appears to have worked. However...

2. I can initially authenticate into the workspace successfully, but when I attempt to perform any operation (even as simple a list channels) it throws an 006 Application Error (callback error: invalid_auth).
