Not seeing git-lfs on ubuntu 22 arm runner

Using `git-lfs` gives me `git-lfs: command not found`. However, this test makes it seem like it should be there https://github.com/runs-on/runner-images-for-aws/blob/main/releases/ubuntu22/arm64/images/ubuntu/scripts/tests/Tools.Tests.ps1#L250-L254.
