Submit quantitative and qualitative assessments for specific health indicators

For both individual crops and each farm as a whole, we will want to record assessments based specific health indicators, such as soil moisture, temperature, pest pressure, etc. These could be qualitative, using the same 🔴 🟡 🟢 markers used for the overall status, as well as quantitative, such as degrees Fahrenheit or a percentage of volumetric water content.
