Atlantis policy owner list - Is this available as an Env variable ?

Hey Team, we use conftest policy checking on atlantis server. https://www.runatlantis.io/docs/policy-checking.html#step-2-define-the-policy-configuration

policies:
  owners:
    users:
      - nishkrishnan
  policy_sets:
    - name: deny_null_resource
      path: <CODE_DIRECTORY>/policies/deny_null_resource/

The owner list is defined on server and is static. I have a requirement to add a few owners dynamically based on the atlantis/TF workspace to extend this list to some more people who can approve policies.

Does atlantis expose the owner list an an env variable to extend/append-to in our custom workflows?
