Atlantis run stats + stat summary comment

Hi,

It would be super useful if Atlantis could start reporting run stats, on-top of the project counts etc.

I'd like to see something like 99/99 projects planned successfully in 10m20s.

Perhaps also commenting back a run stats comment block with a more detailed summary of the run.

What do folks think?
