knowledge graph for set ontology

Hello I have given ontology (SnomedCT) that i would like to use . I also have already quite good model for entity extraction - but not for relationship extraction and I would like to create a knowledge graph using it so:

1. can I use my own model for entity extraction or in case it is impossible restrict possible categories of nodes
2. can I restict the relationships to given relations from my ontology
