Unale to Login After Finishing Setup

Hi! I would like to contribute. However, after setting up the environment, I am not able to log in using the provided usernames and passwords. My terminal is giving me the following errors.

Also, I was seeing this page before I get to the actual webpage.

We've discussed on slack, but in case someone else looks to this Q&A...
The "Not delivering sessions...." is normal - or at least it happens on my local, and I seem to be fine.
You should run the migrations, as suggested in the second screen.
