Description
Adding a new test method is not always working.

To Reproduce

1. Open TestExplorer.
2. Click on Add -> Test Module.
3. Press <return>. (This inserts a new line at the end of the new TestModule.)
4. Click on Add -> Test Method.

But step 4 did not create a new test method.

5. Click on Add -> Test Method again.

Finally a new test method was created.
