Remove incompatible license from VBEditor

This was an oversight and this corrects the incompatibility due to the fact that Rubberduck has always been a GPL solution and will remain GPL; it is not possible nor practical to have a MIT license for a project that has dependencies from a GPL project and provide implementations used in other GPL projects. All code from all projects within the solution should simply be considered GPL.
