SW5e !swrage command not working. #114

Describe the bug
Whenever we use the command !swrage it comes up with the error 'Error evaluating expression: cc_exists is not defined'
Severity
High (makes Berserker class nigh on unplayable)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- attempt to use the !swrage command
Expected behavior
Puts the Rage condition on the user of the command
