Scan Mode: Multiple files of same recording

It's a great project and it is working very well, except one issue. I'm getting six files for each recording. The six files are the names of the six frequencies I'm scanning. I suspect it is something to do with the config file.

Hi @andrebruton,

1. You don't need
   labels = ( "Tower", "Ground", "Approach", "Emergency", "General", "Helicopters" );
   It is useful only for IceCast.

2. You need only one output section

It's not possible to label/name files in the scan mode.
You always will have files like this:

scan_{yyyymmdd}_{hhmmss}_118900000.mp3
scan_{yyyymmdd}_{hhmmss}_122650000.mp3
scan_{yyyymmdd}_{hhmmss}_128200000.mp3

We need to ask @charlie-foxtrot to add the config option to create a folders with label and/or frequnecy in the SCAN mode. Like this:

/home/rpiatc/recordings/118900000_Tower/scan_{yyyymmdd}_{hhmmss}_118900000.mp3
/home/rpiatc/recordings/122650000_Ground/scan_{yyyymmdd}_{hhmmss}_122650000.mp3
/home/rpiatc/recordings/128200000_Approach/scan_{yyyymmdd}_{hhmmss}_128200000.mp3

Perfect. Makes sense.

I would love a feature where the Pi just broadcasts the audio (not to a specific device) so you can connect to it from various devices and stream the audio... I don't want to use a 3rd party app or device.
