I am SO TIRED of searching for a tool that can reproduce voices

Hello,
I am not satisfied with the insert 20 second clip and train a fast model and then go use that model to generate a one line voice, it does not seem to work well is it? I EVEN HAD HALLUCINATIONS, like the audio did not match at all the prompt text I indersted so..

I also tried other stuff such as rvc (to train models) + rvc-tts (to generate voices with the models), but it sill produce voices that are not good.

Do you know of methods to garantee obtaining a model that is almost or exacly similar to a voice you are trainin on? Please, its been 3 weeks since I started searching and did not find a good result. Please help. Pleaase.
