Given that, in the US, digital accessibility guidelines are changing, it'd be nice if accessibility checkers like WAVE wasn't flagging features of Shiny apps. In this regard, I thought I'd bring this issue to your attention:
Is it necessary to style these Xs as links instead of maybe images or buttons? Could ARIA attributes be used to ensure they are ignored as links? Just spitballing here...
