Release of the Starsmith package

I am curious if there are plans to release the @datasworn/starsmith package. I'd be happy to see expanded oracles and assets available at some point. Are there any e.g. legal issues with releasing such a package?

Having played with converting Starsmith yamls myself and partially building until it is loadable, I see that there's a lot of work to be done until it can be released. @rsek do you need any help with converting Starsmith to be compatible with 0.1.0?

While waiting to get this into the official repo, @BestAmericanGirl: would you be okay with me trying to get this built and "released" as a separate repo under the iron-vault-plugin org? (With proper attribution, etc)

hi!! okay it's been a while since I've worked on this, I remember I was struggling to get some of the linked rolls to work. so there are definitely still some bugs in there but I'll push what I have so far and yes that would be great @cwegrzyn :)

Okay, I pushed the latest version! Also pushed my python script as fix_oracles.py and the latest input files (in the folder `ref2) I used to convert the older format into the newer one. There were some manual fixes I did with some regexes though so it's not gonna produce exactly the same result. Sorry it's all so hacky, it was supposed to be an "in and out 20 minute adventure" kind of thing 😭

That worked okay in Iron Vault. I'll update it with your latest code and then let folks know on the Ironsworn Discord.
