clang build for example Umpire missing OS dependency?

It looks like the clang tests are failing because of a missing dependency:

      Start 48: version_c_tests
48/54 Test #48: version_c_tests ...................................***Failed    0.00 sec
/code/build/bin/version_c_tests: error while loading shared libraries: libomp.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I've commented this out in the uptodate.yaml for now, so the test can pass and I can merge and start working on the docs. But @davidbeckingsale let's come back to this and make sure we figure out what's missing so this entry can build. I suspect since you are familiar with Umpire you might know!
