The software can only capture and transmit an already existing image as a copy. To create a "second ghost" screen, you'll need separate hardware. You don't necessarily have to plug in a physical monitor, but you must connect a Virtual Display Adapter to your GPU to generate a virtual second, third, etc., monitor.

It's important to note that this adds extra load to your GPU, so it’s not infinitely scalable - only up to the number of adapters your GPU supports.

If you purchase a Virtual Display Adapter and set it up as a second monitor, then yes, Deskreen will be able to share it with a separate device, such as your tablet, TV, etc.
