manual image upload and "no images found"

with a completely new organization that has no images, there is a "no images found" message at https://rokka.io/dashboard/#/images

when i upload an image in the browser, it is shown but the message stays until i reload the page.

it is a detail, but it is likely a first contact of new users and thus defines first impressions...
