Release 0.22.0 soon to be EOL

The release will soon be removed from DockerHub.

According to DockerHub the image has not been pulled for 3 months and I cannot find any active repositories using SourceGraph

Searching globally for rojopolis/spellcheck-github-actions@0.22.0

So this image will just be removed shortly
