Calendar Integration

This release introduces the "Export ICS file" feature. There have been some additional changes to the data model to make the generated ICS data accurate.

• Every entity (Transportation / Lodging / Activity) is associated with a Place
• The timezone of the place is used to set the timezone on start / end times
• Activity now has an endTime attribute
• The check-in / check-out events default to a 30 minute event
