When using the xBD dataset, what should the data structure be?

Do I need to save the pictures before and after the disaster in the original data set into the Before and After folders respectively?
Are the labels of the pictures before and after the disaster stored in a labels file?

The dataset structure is defined in DATASET.md. It's been a while since I've used this code so I'm not 100% sure about this.
