folder: SwiftInfo-output and file: SwiftInfoOutput.json not created

folder: `SwiftInfo-output` and file: `SwiftInfoOutput.json` not created

I am calling `api.save(output: output)` in my `Infofile.swift`

I see `* Saving output to disk` in the log but I can not find the folder: `SwiftInfo-output` and file: `SwiftInfoOutput.json`
