[DESIGN] Prototype the Impact Section

Using the figma board, prototype an impact section that displays various metrics about RFA.

Ensure that the prototype maintains a few things

• The relative size of the numbers (numbers should be a little bigger and pop out)
• The layout, the metrics should be displayed horizontally (in one line)

Comments from meeting, Dec 3:

• Implement 2-3 copies of the Impact Page

1. Finish up current prototype and address mobile scaling issue
2. Add another copy where on mobile each statistic just stacks on top of each other
3. Review how other companies scale the component on mobile. Look at your research, and if a promising idea is there implement that version too
