docker-compose environment for pysystemtrade

Thought I should try to contribute to the community what little I could. I just started looking into Mr. Carver's Systematic Trading and the pysystemtrade code base. I set up a docker environment for this. I am a cargo culting dilettante, but my setup might be of interest for people just getting started with docker - as a point of departure;

That's pretty neat. I like the db-backup commands baked into docker compose file.

Thanks! Appreciate it. One huge drawback of that solution is the fact that it is a full copy of the docker volume. Might quickly become too time consuming / take up a lot of disk space? Any sense of the size of the mongo db. How quickly it grows?

I've got a dockerized jupyter environment as well. Could publish in a couple of weeks if it's of interest? (The family just started our winter vacation, that's next week gone. After that I am in a super hurry to get pysystemtrade up and running on a paper trading account. I have to wrangle the price history before I can start the rob_system. The ytd return posted on twitter the other day was mouth watering 🥺)
