Update configuration

I just wanted to check after pulling latest master where the instrument and roll config info have changed, what would be the safest options to apply the changes in a live production system.

I can see the following steps:

1. from interactive_controls > Update configuration > Copy instrument configuration from .csv to DB

then

2. interactive_controls > Update configuration > Copy roll parameters config from .csv to DB

or instead of the second step, should I do

55: Safe modify of roll parameters configuration

The second option is safer, hence the name :-)
