Fly from one position to another but with intermediate steps

I have a list of friends on the side of the map and i want to fly from one friend to another at the same time the user scroll, so if the user stop scrolling in between 2 items of the friend list, the camera will be in between the 2 friend's position. Does someone knows how to do that?

So i want something like this but with intermediate steps between 2 locations depending on the scroll position
