10.1 beta

A few weeks ago we've branched 10.0 and main is now points to 10.1. The following exciting projects are ongoing on main (10.1) branch:

• fabric/new architecture support (many thanks for @WoLewicki and @j-piasecki. See feat: migrate Camera to new arch #3082, Add new architecture support #3022.) It's still work in progress.
• v11 support. See feat: v11 conditional implementation for android #3057, feat: Add StyleImport for v11 #3063, feat: initial v11 on iOS #3040
• code cleanup: we've removed code related to MapLibre and class Mapbox implementations.
