Currently the Gradio-based design (similar to A1111 or Oobabooga) is different from the classical PKM UX.

At the very least, on a first glance, there are some key issues:

• Features being put in vertical tabs instead of horizontal tab hierarchies are probably more visually appealing
• Features should be semantically searchable when there are many to choose from
• Note taking can either be horizontal tab based (instance for reading) or vertical tab based (catalog for finding)
• Options with technical terms should be written for layman with less technical knowledge (high school reading level)
• In general, less buttons are better, and there should be default settings for major use cases (e.g. dialogue vs video essay)
